Q : How long does it take to sign up a new account?
A: You only fill out your application form, present the required documents, and pay the first month's subscription and recommend deposit, your account is created on the spot.
Q:What are the required documents to sign up a new account?
A: For individual/personal account please present your valid ID and / or passport plus proof of residential address. For organization, please bring copies of Patent, VAT certificate and other guarantee letters.
Q : What must I have to use the Internet?
A: You need: A Computer which supports an Ethernet or USB Network Connection and a telephone line.
Q: What is Internet Visa?
A: Internet Visa is City Link´s response to the market´s demand for affordable and reliable prepaid Internet. Internet Visa Cards are available at selected agents in denominations of $10, $20 and $50 . There are no registration fees nor monthly fees. Internet Visa Card is available in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
Q: Who handle the installation?
A: There are two options:
1. Our Technical Support Officer will schedule an appointment to visit your location and handle the installation (the installation fee is $20.00)
2. Our Technical Support Officer will give you an installation instruction and you will handle the installation process by yourself at your place (free of charge)

Q: How do I configure my default email setting?
A: System Information :The following information may necessary to configure your system after Signing up with the City Link Internet Services.
Mail:
SMTP Server: smtp.citylink.com.kh
POP3 Server: pop3.citylink.com.kh
IMAP Server: imap.citylink.com.kh
POP3 Account: Your login name.
Your email address is your login name followed by @citylink.com.kh. Your password is case sensitive.
Domain name servers:
Primary DNS: 202.93.8.2
Secondary DNS: 202.93.8.34
IP Address: Server Assigned.
Q: Can I use my telephone and Internet at the same time?
A: Yes, you can use your telephone and Internet at the same time, there will be no interrupt between voice and Internet surfing.
Q: What are the Dial Up access numbers?
A: Dial-up Access numbers:
Phnom Penh: 023 72 17 18
Siem Reap: 063 76 70 00
Q: What kind of modem is recommended?
A: It should be an adsl modem.
Q: Can I turn on my modem 24 hours a day?
A: Yes you can, but be sure to keep it air conditioned or blowed by a fan.
When the modem's temperature is high, it will work slower or become stucked this will disturb your Internet connection so give it a rest by turning off the power for a few minutes.
Q: I can not send/receive my mail, what should I do?
A: Please check the following steps
1 - Make sure your Internet connection is working properly
2 - Please check your Email setting (See Email default configuration above) if you use another application beside webmail
3 - Make sure your email attachment is not over 10MB
